About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our teams across multiple venues at Sydney International Airport T1. This position is offered on a casual basis, with potential for full-time roles for experienced candidates.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of venues in a fast-paced airport environment, delivering high-quality food and beverage service while supporting day-to-day operations. As a hands-on leader, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, motivating your team, and ensuring service standards are consistently delivered.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage or restaurant operations.

Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5–10 employees.

Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.

Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.

Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.
