This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure in both Food & Beverage operations and Front Office, giving you a well-rounded understanding of hotel service and guest experience.

Position Summary:

Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations

Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage and welcoming experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind

Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail

Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience

Support your Food and Beverage and Front Office team in general operational tasks

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

About You:

Relevant experience in a similar role

Working rights in Australia

An up-to-date RSA

Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate

Enthusiastic to escalate your career

Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
