Have you processed SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) claims?

We're looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience managing SSG TPG claims, government grant submissions, and compliance. If you've worked with a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Registered Training Provider or training organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and plays a key role in ensuring grant claims are submitted accurately, cash collections are managed efficiently, and funding is received on time.

What You'll Do

Government Grants & TPG Claims

Prepare and submit SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) claims

Ensure grant submissions comply with SSG requirements

Handle grant appeals and liaise with funding agencies

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance

Track grant status and resolve claim discrepancies

Cash Management

Monitor learner pay collections

Follow up on overdue payments

Reconcile cash receipts and maintain accurate records

Support billing and payment enquiries

Finance Operations

Support month-end closing

Prepare grant and cash collection reports

Assist with reconciliations and financial analysis

Recommend process improvements

Requirements

Must Have

Experience submitting SSG Training Partners Gateway (TPG) claims

Familiar with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

2–5 years of relevant finance experience

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience in the education or training industry

Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
