Available Positions

Dental Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Chairside assistance during dental procedures

• Sterilisation and infection control procedures

• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

• Assisting with patient care and comfort

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients

• Managing appointment scheduling and recalls

• Handling phone enquiries and patient communications

• Processing payments and treatment plans

• Managing patient records and correspondence

• Assisting with daily administrative operations

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience with D4W, CareStack, or other dental software

• Previous experience in a dental practice

• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures
