Join us as a Business Analyst and support a large transformation project in the telco space.

Join FinXL as a Business Analyst on a large transformation project and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a 12-month contract in Macquarie Park.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer segmentation and cohorting strategies to establish structured migration frameworks
- Define functional business rules and end-to-end processes for network and system migration
- Document customer notification workflows, complaints handling, and escalation structures
- Assess IT system impacts and capture business requirements for system automation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on process designs and decision rules
- Produce key BA artefacts, including BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and traceability matrices
- Translate complex business needs into actionable specs for technology and operational teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or migration programs
- Strong background in Telecommunications or managed services
- Demonstrated experience designing and documenting end-to-end business and operational processes
- Proven ability in customer segmentation, data analysis, and cohort model prioritization
- Expertise defining business requirements across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow or SAP
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, risks, and dependencies
Engagement Details
- 12 months fixed-term contract with FinXL
- Deployed with a leading Telecommunications client
- Hybrid working model with 3 days/week in the office in Macquarie Park
