Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Basic up to S$2,800 + S$110 fixed allowance
Average Monthly Earnings: Approximately S$3,600 with overtime
Bonus: 1-month bonus upon completion of contract
Working Arrangement: 5 days per week, including rotating weekends
Working Hours: Staggered shifts at 5:30am, 7:00am, 8:30am or 10:30am, on a rotating basis
Job Responsibilities
You will oversee day-to-day transport and last-mile delivery operations, ensuring efficient route planning, timely deliveries, adherence to safety standards and effective coordination with drivers and outsourced transport partners.
Oversee daily last-mile delivery and transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to achieve productivity and transport KPIs.
Supervise and coordinate drivers, outsourced transporters and operational staff.
Monitor contractor and delivery performance, identify issues and recommend process improvements.
Handle operational reports, documentation, trip data and administrative records.
Monitor staff attendance, overtime, leave and provide support on personnel and operational matters.
Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety, security and roadworthiness standards.
Support customer service requests and delivery escalations, while maintaining strong customer focus.
Job Requirements
Class 3 or 3A driving licence is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or related operational role.
Prior experience in last-mile delivery or transport operations is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
Customer-centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
