We'll be straight with you: this isn't a stepping-stone job, and we're not going to pretend it is. There's no ladder attached to this role – what there is instead is a domain that's genuinely yours, consistent daytime hours, flexibility where you need it, and a team that's easy to work with.

This is a newly created position – it exists because the business is growing, not because anyone left. We're starting at 20 hours per week with scope to grow toward 25 as the role settles in.

The Role

As Warehouse Coordinator, you'll keep our warehouse accurate, organised, and ready. Your role will include:

Running our warehouse kiosk system: processing equipment and consumable check-outs and returns, keeping item records accurate, and logging restocks and damage reports

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock and deliveries

Keeping stock levels accurate and flagging reorders before we run short

Preparing equipment and supplies for cleaners and supervisors to collect

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Being the friendly, reliable point of contact for staff collecting gear

About You

Prompt and diligent – you turn up, and things get done properly

Organised by nature; you notice when something's out of place

Comfortable using simple digital systems (we'll train you on ours)

Reliable and trustworthy – you'll hold keys to the kingdom

A steady, friendly communicator; staff should enjoy dealing with you

Warehouse, storeroom, or stock control experience is a plus, but attitude beats resume here
