ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
Work closely with project teams to identify contractual risks and opportunities, ensuring the preservation of contractual rights and entitlements throughout the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Min 5 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companies
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
Preferable experiences with Healthcare projects or other building projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden software
Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual administration, with hands-on experience in the preparation, assessment, and management of contractual claims.
