Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes including seafood, poultry, meat, vegetables, appetizers and other menu items.

Prepare food according to established recipes and standards.

Cook assigned main dishes, special dishes and promotional menu items.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.

Monitor food quality, taste and presentation before serving.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety in the kitchen.

Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, equipment and utensils.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Waiter / Waitress / 服务员

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages to customers.

Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.

Attend to customer requests and provide good customer service.

Clear tables and clean up after customers.

Assist with preparation and closing of the restaurant.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Salary: $2600 - $2800 (Depends on experience)

5.5 days work week

12pm-10pm (1hr break)

Working hours 9hrs

Off day 1.5days per week
