You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 120 quality properties, with dedicated leasing and administration support allowing you to focus on your clients and portfolio.

The Role

• Manage a clean portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties
• Handle all end-to-end property management responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and lease renewals
• Manage arrears and tenancy matters
• Ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met
• Work closely with the leasing and administration teams
• Utilise PropertyMe for portfolio management

You’ll Bring

• 3+ years' residential Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• PropertyMe experience preferred
• A professional, positive and client-focused approach
