About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and quality standards
• Monitor production schedules and resolve operational issues
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Track KPIs, productivity, and output performance

About You

• Strong track record of leading high-performing teams as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of WHS and quality management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma highly regarded)
