This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining a positive team-based approach, leading, supporting and developing staff, and ensuring the effective delivery of programs and quality services. Strong stakeholder management, sound judgement and decision making and a focus on continuous quality improvement are also key to success in this role.

Pay & Conditions

In return for your dedication, experience and professionalism, Beyond Housing offer:

Attractive base salary of $115,339 - $120,437 (based on Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 6)

Additional:

12% Superannuation

17.5% Annual Leave loading

With the ability to maximise your take home pay with Salary Packaging - up to $15,900 for living expenses and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses each year tax free

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Relevant qualifications or experience in leadership or management

Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team in a service-based environment

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be adaptable

Ability to contribute to service development and improvements

Highly developed customer service and problem-solving skills

Highly developed communication, negotiation and advocacy skills

The ability to influence culture, role model organisational values and engage a team to achieve outcomes

Highly developed organisational and time management skills

Well-developed IT and administrative skills

Current Drivers Licence

Experience within the social, housing or community sectors will be highly regarded.
