The Firm & The Role

Our client is a specialist commercial litigation and commercial firm located in Brisbane CBD. An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Associate or Senior Associate to join their established litigation team.

Working under a highly knowledgeable Partner who has more than 20 years' specialist experience in commercial and corporate litigation and insolvency law, you will gain exposure to a variety of high-quality litigation and dispute matters.

The practice itself has a strong focus on complex intra-family and intergenerational family enterprise disputes.

About You

• 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Experience managing commercial dispute files
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Motivated to continue developing your litigation expertise
