Working closely with the Founder, you will become the backbone of a growing business, supporting clients, suppliers and day-to-day operations while helping shape smarter ways of working through automation.
- Coordinate diaries, appointments and client communication
- Prepare reports, agreements and compliance documentation
- Manage the database and office administration
- Coordinate supplier relationships and communication
- Organise client events, gifting and sponsorship opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation
- Prepare EDM’s and work with external marketing team

Experience required
- Experience in an administration role essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious about technology, AI and improving processes
- Professional and trustworthy
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
