What are we seeking?

We have an opening for a Warehouse Operator at our Bentley Site in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are skilled in areas of Warehouse despatch, goods inwards, bill of material and label store.

What will this role do?

Responsible for daily despatch operations, ensuring customer orders and materials are picked, packed, checked, labelled, documented and shipped accurately in compliance with GMP, DI safety and company SOP.

Performs despatch activities to ensure products are prepared while maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and transport compliance requirements.

Responsible for the receipt, inspection, handling and storage of incoming materials. Ensuring all activities are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with GMP, DI and company procedures

Unloading deliveries, checking documentation, processing DYN transactions, labelling and transferring materials to the correct storage locations, including quarantine and temperature-controlled areas and Schedule 8 products.

Handle Bill of Materials and Label Store operations, including the assembly of raw materials and packaging and filled components in accordance with batch documentation.

Maintain accurate DYN transactions, including closing batch orders, issuing stock and materials, performing cycle counts, and processing stock adjustments, journals, etc.

Support and coordinate operational throughput for the BOM night shift.

Maintain all relevant logbooks, records, and GMP documentation in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

What are the qualifications?

Current and Valid LO and LF Forklift License.

Demonstrated experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Knowledge of GMP, warehouse operations, inventory systems, safety procedures and pharmaceutical material handling requirements.
