As State Manager for WA/NT, you will take full ownership of the business performance across the region—driving revenue, protecting margins and growing market share (P+L). This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic account management, new business development and team leadership. You will lead from the front with key customers, develop and execute regional sales strategy, and coach a team of Account Managers and BDMs to deliver consistent results. Close collaboration with operations, supply chain and customer service will be critical to ensure strong customer outcomes and commercial discipline.

You are a proven B2B sales leader with a track record of delivering growth and building high-performing teams. Commercially astute and results-driven, you understand pricing, margins and value-based selling, and know how to balance new business with account development. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, thrive in a hands-on environment and lead with energy, accountability and intent. Experience in infrastructure, construction, manufacturing or industrial sectors will be highly regarded, along with a proactive mindset and the drive to win.
