Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with Forklift Licences to join a busy warehouse and distribution facility based in Willawong, QLD.
This is an excellent opportunity for warehouse professionals looking for stable weekday work, consistent hours, and long-term employment within a fast-paced distribution environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while supporting warehouse operations through forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) operation.

Shift Details
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:15pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Monday – Friday roster
- Ongoing work available
- Weekend work may be required during busy periods
- Immediate start available

About the Role
Working within a busy warehouse and distribution environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders
- RF scanning and order processing
- Operating forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
- Palletising and wrapping stock
- Staging orders ready for dispatch
- Loading and moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Completing warehouse transactions using computer systems
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse and pick packing experience
- Experience operating forklifts and EPJs
- RF scanning experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform manual handling duties
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full Australian working rights
