One month it's a national conference, the next a fashion activation or an awards night - for some of the biggest brands going. And this time, you're leading the team, not just delivering the work.

WOW Recruitment are exclusively partnered with an event/experiential agency in Sydney seeking a Senior Producer to join their team.

The role
You'll own projects end to end - concept through to flawless on-site delivery.

Schedules, suppliers, budgets, client comms, the lot. You'll keep every moving part on time, on budget and on brief, while bringing your two direct reports with you: weekly catch-ups, regular 1-1s, and the kind of steady leadership that lets good people do their best work.

All-round producing skill is what counts most here - run a project cleanly, lead a room calmly, and you'll thrive.

What you'll bring

• Experience in a Senior Producer role working across activations, conferences, roadshows etc.
• A track record delivering projects end to end, on time and on budget
• Experience leading or mentoring others, or the readiness to step into it
• Calm, organised and obsessive about the details under pressure
• Strong client and supplier relationship skills

Salary
$120-140k + super

Location
Central Sydney - with hybrid working offered
