About the Role
You will manage AP, AR and Procurement Team Leaders, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing across all transactional workflows. The role is responsible for building capability, uplifting service standards, strengthening controls, and providing assurance through clear reporting and timely escalation of risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop AP, AR and Procurement Team Leaders.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance and ensure deadlines are met across payment runs, billing cycles, reconciliations and month‑end.
• Maintain documented procedures, key controls, master data accuracy and evidence standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, delegations, legislation and audit requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve end‑to‑end processes and uplift user experience.
• Act as business owner for transactional workflows across ERP, invoice workflow and procurement systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting across AP, AR and procurement performance metrics.
• Lead automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support broader finance transformation activities impacting procure‑to‑pay processes.

About You

• Demonstrated leadership experience across AP, AR and procurement transactional functions.
• Proven capability coaching team leaders and specialist staff in high‑volume environments.
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay, billing cycles, controls, segregation of duties and DOA governance.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Basware, Epicor or similar).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Industry experience in service‑based or regulated environments is desirable.
