1) Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Handle installation, commissioning, relocation and servicing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, with hands-on exposure to etch, clean or deposition systems at customer sites.

Carry out preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics and complex troubleshooting to identify root causes and restore system performance with minimal downtime.

Work closely with customers and internal technical teams on equipment upgrades, engineering changes, process qualification and service-related issues.

Maintain comprehensive service records and technical reports while ensuring equipment, tools and on-site activities meet required safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, preferably with etch, clean, deposition or other wafer-fabrication equipment.

Strong hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning.

Confident in customer-facing technical discussions with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in semiconductor fab/cleanroom environments, including shift/standby duties.

2) Process Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Provide on-site process engineering support for plasma etch, clean and deposition equipment, including new system installations, start-up and process qualification at customer facilities.

Develop and optimise process conditions by evaluating process windows, conducting DOE studies and assessing equipment modifications or upgrades to achieve targeted performance.

Partner with customers and internal teams to understand technology requirements, process challenges and development priorities, and translate these into suitable technical solutions.

Conduct experiments, analyse process data and prepare technical reports to support new process development, equipment matching and customer applications.

Build strong customer relationships through technical support, troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives while ensuring safe and effective operations within semiconductor fab environments.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or a related technical discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering or semiconductor equipment, preferably with plasma etch, clean or deposition processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in process development, DOE, data analysis and process optimisation.

Confident in engaging customers and presenting technical solutions, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in semiconductor fab environments and supporting standby duties.
