Intro Recruitment Solutions are partnering with two leading Tier 2 builders to recruit experienced Senior Project Engineers for landmark Class 2 residential projects across Sydney.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Site Teams, you'll take ownership of major work packages, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help deliver large-scale projects from structure through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage structural, façade and finishes packages
• Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, QA and project documentation
• Lead subcontractor coordination and programme delivery
• Manage technical issues and design coordination
• Support procurement, cost control and variations
• Mentor junior engineers where required
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

About You

• 6+ years' experience as a Project Engineer
• Strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and high-rise construction
• Engineering or Construction qualification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
