Job Description:

Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for large-scale building facilities and systems.

Respond promptly to on-site maintenance emergencies, assessing operational impact and prioritizing repair tasks to minimize facility downtime.

Diagnose complex structural or mechanical faults, applying sound engineering principles to resolve issues effectively.

Oversee external maintenance vendors and contractors, ensuring all repair works are executed in strict alignment with established service level agreements and contract terms.

Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, building codes, and statutory compliance guidelines across all operational premises.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation regarding daily maintenance activities and vendor performance.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in building maintenance, engineering, or facilities management is highly preferred by the hiring manager.

Strong working knowledge of corporate maintenance contracts, vendor management, and WSH regulations.

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and decisive during structural or facility emergencies.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently prioritizing a dynamic daily task load.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
