Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and manage contracts including subcontractors agreements
Conduct cost estimation budgeting and tender analysis
Monitor project cost and progress ensuring compliance with contractual terms
Handle claims, variations and contract disputes
Liaise with clients consultants and sub cons on contractual matters
Support project team in ensuring timely delivery within budget
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying , engineering or related field
