The Opportunity
Step into a high-performing, property practice group led by leading and dynamic property partners.

This property team is looking for a property lawyer with at least 18 months property experience for their growing team.

This is not a role where you will sit hidden in the background. You will work directly with industry leading partners, have responsibility, and assist with the delivery of property law services for ASX-listed corporations, major property developers, and blue-chip retail groups.

What the Work Looks Like
Under the direct mentorship of the partners, your typical workload will span:

• Commercial & Retail Leasing: Drafting, negotiating, and executing leasing agreements, extensions, incentive deeds, and fit-out agreements for tier-1 tenant and landlord clients.
• Property Development & Acquisitions: Assisting with end-to-end site acquisitions, off-the-plan structuring, joint ventures, and development management agreements.
• Due Diligence & Conveyancing: Reviewing complex title searches, managing electronic workspaces via PEXA, and conducting thorough property due diligence.
• General Advisory: Providing practical, solution-oriented advice regarding on ad hoc property and leasing matters.

About You
We are looking for a collaborative, ambitious, and technically sound lawyer who wants to fast-track their development:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in commercial property or leasing within a reputable firm.
• Technical Capability: Familiarity with retail and commercial leasing, property transactions, and PEXA operations.
• Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the capability to meet tight project timelines for major corporate portfolios.
