About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our supportive team. This is a varied role where you'll provide exceptional service, process customer orders, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and manage them through customer ordering platforms.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouses and freight providers.
• Prepare quotations and provide product information.
• Keep customers updated on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes.
• Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update pricing and account information across business systems.

About You

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Internal Sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive and team-focused.
• Experience with SAP, CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not essential.
