About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy and fast-paced business. This is a diverse role that combines executive support, office management, travel coordination, event planning, and People & Culture administration.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who can think quickly on their feet, anticipate needs before they arise, and confidently manage multiple priorities at once. No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Coordinate meetings, room bookings and Microsoft Teams calls.
Provide general administrative support across the business.
Manage calendars, schedules and business priorities.
Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations as required.
Travel & Events
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, celebrations and office events.
Organise catering, gifts and team functions.
Assist with planning and executing company events and meetings.
Office Management
Manage office access, security and facilities.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and contractor services.
Liaise with landlords, suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, registrations and logbooks.
Manage employee ID cards, signage and office assets.
Ensure the office environment is professional, well-presented and operating efficiently.
People & Culture Support
Support onboarding and offboarding processes through Employment Hero.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Provide administrative support to People & Culture initiatives.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to think on your feet.
A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
Exposure to Employment Hero or similar HR systems will be highly regarded.
