We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, development and delivery of the firm’s marketing activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, improving processes and producing clear, high-quality communications for professional, financial-services and corporate audiences.
The successful candidate will help develop an annual marketing plan and budget, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, maintain marketing standards and work closely with client-facing teams, including wealth management, investment banking and corporate finance.
The position is available as either:
a 12-month full-time contract, subject to negotiation, or
a part-time arrangement of three days per week.
Flexible hybrid working is available, with a minimum of two days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
Key responsibilities
Develop and coordinate an annual marketing activity plan and supporting budget.
Plan, execute and report on campaigns across digital, email, social media and print channels.
Coordinate the creation and review of client correspondence, proposals, advice documents, presentations, brochures, case studies and other marketing collateral.
Ensure all client-facing material is accurate, professionally presented and consistent with brand, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Support website content updates and coordinate projects involving external providers.
Manage social media content, scheduling and performance reporting.
Coordinate client events, webinars, networking activities and firm-level initiatives.
Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, email lists and campaign reporting systems.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, return on investment and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with research into market trends, competitor activity and developments affecting the firm’s positioning.
Draft and maintain marketing policies, style guides, templates and standard processes.
Manage marketing schedules, documentation, meetings and project deliverables.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
At least three years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in financial services, accounting, wealth management, professional services or another regulated environment.
Experience independently coordinating marketing projects from brief through to delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and accurately.
Experience preparing client correspondence, proposals, advice-related documents and promotional material.
Exposure to website management, email marketing, social media and digital campaign reporting.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and database platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant design or content-creation tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
The ability to develop productive working relationships with advisers, investment banking and corporate finance teams.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in wealth management, accounting or financial services will be highly regarded. Candidates who understand regulated marketing obligations, or who are willing to develop that knowledge, are encouraged to apply.

How to apply

Applicants must have at least three years of relevant, hands-on marketing experience after completing formal study, with demonstrated experience managing marketing projects, producing client-facing materials and supporting campaigns in a professional-services, financial-services or similarly regulated environment.
