As a BIM Drafter (Electrical / ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical / ACMV systems.
Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services (MEP) and prepare required documentation for submissions and procurement.
Conduct site inspections and verify installation works; support testing and commissioning activities.
Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications.
Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing/checking software.
Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.
Support senior modelers in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) preparation and other authority submissions.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in BIM M&E or ACMV.
