We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Dermal & Laser Therapist to join our expanding team at bo’ Aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced laser and dermal treatments, including laser hair reduction, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular treatments.

Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans based on each client’s concerns and goals.

Provide clear pre- and post-treatment education to support safe treatment and optimal results.

Deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.

Recommend tailored skincare routines and treatment plans to support long-term skin health and results.

Confidently educate clients on suitable treatments and professional skincare products.

Maintain strict hygiene, safety and treatment protocols in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience.

Stay up to date with the latest developments, technologies and treatment protocols within the dermal and aesthetic industry.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualified in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related discipline.

Holds a current QLD Radiation Health Licence for Laser Hair Reduction.

Experienced in advanced laser and dermal treatments, with experience in vascular and pigmentation treatments highly regarded.

Confident conducting skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans.

Passionate about skin health, results and client education.

Professional, reliable and confident in communicating with clients.

Comfortable recommending treatments and professional skincare based on individual client needs.

Driven to achieve excellent client outcomes while maintaining a high level of care.

Committed to ongoing education and professional development.
