📝 Key Responsibilities
Configure and set up voice and network equipment, including VoIP/Cloud PABX systems, network switches, and related peripherals.
Deploy, configure, and implement PABX solutions.
Deliver helpdesk, remote, and onsite technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues.
Review and verify System Design Documents to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and specifications.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and a proactive service-oriented approach.
Stay updated on product developments, technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance technical and product knowledge.
✅ Requirements
Minimum ITE qualification in a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, communication systems, and PABX solutions.
Experience in Voice/Data project deployment and management, VoIP telecommunications support, network switch configuration, and LAN/VoIP troubleshooting is preferred.
Knowledge of Alcatel, Mitel, or Yeastar PABX systems will be an added advantage.
