12-hour shifts | Boggabri location

About Our Client

Our client is a leading mining services provider, known for maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality support across major mine sites. They are currently seeking an experienced Bench Hand to join their team at Boggabri.

What you will be doing

Assist Drill & Blast crews with daily bench activities

Prepare and maintain blast benches prior to drilling and loading

Handle and transport stemming material, primers and blast accessories (as directed)

Support drill operations, including set-up and clean-up of drill sites

Assist with blast preparation and post-blast clean-up

What you will need

Previous experience as a bench hand or similar workshop-based role

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Ability to pass a 043 medical and drug & alcohol testing

Willing obtain a UHL License
