About the role
Link-Force Au is seeking a hard-working Onboarding Admin to join our team in Joondalup, WA. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for new employees joining our organisation. As an Onboarding Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire onboarding process, from initial documentation through to the completion of induction activities. This role is essential to our operations, as it directly impacts employee engagement, retention, and integration into our company culture.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and organise all necessary onboarding documentation and welcome materials for new employees prior to their start date
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a structured and comprehensive induction programme
Process new employee paperwork, including employment contracts, tax documentation, and compliance forms
Arrange orientation sessions and ensure new starters have access to required systems, equipment and facilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and onboarding databases
Liaise with managers and team leaders to confirm readiness for new team members
Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and training sessions
Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new employees to ensure a positive experience
Handle administrative queries and support needs from new starters during their first weeks
Prepare and distribute company policies, handbooks and other relevant documentation
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or onboarding role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS or employee management systems
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance and onboarding best practices
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying improvements in onboarding processes
Experience with scheduling tools and coordination software is desirable
