Project Management
Job Scope:
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction project activities to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, submissions and reporting
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to required specifications and quality standards
Deliver complex infrastructure and construction projects while providing sound decision-making and leadership
Manage project schedules, cost estimation, forecasting and resource planning for assigned projects
Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and change management processes
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements
Drive project delivery to achieve successful completion with minimal issues and delays
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably with HDB projects (e.g. HIP, ELUP, MSCP, upgrading/improvement works, A&A projects)
Strong experience in project management and site coordination within a construction environment
Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders at all levels
Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control and construction processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
