Service & Operations

· Deliver genuine, thoughtful service from the heart, creating memorable guest experiences

· Set up and maintain a clean, organised, and polished venue environment

· Attend to guests and carry out all Front of House duties, including order taking and table service, in accordance with SOPs

· Demonstrate strong product knowledge of menu offerings, and confidently make recommendations

· Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards

· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
