Design and Build is recruiting Estimators to join an exceptional team that believes in quality over quantity.

Our CBD-based client is on the lookout for an Estimator who has a passion for working on residential construction projects across the Medium Density and Volume Building verticals.

About the Role

• Preparing sales estimates and post-contract variations.
• Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team.
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Checking documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Preparation and administration of project estimates and quotations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.
• Completing Estimating take-offs and creating an accurate Bill of Quantities.
• Liaising with relevant suppliers to obtain quotes and raising purchase orders.

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of two years’ experience in estimating in the residential or volume building industry.
• Databuild experience is highly regarded.
• Must be up to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards).
• Experience in both production and sales estimating is required.
