About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Courtesy Shuttle Driver to join our busy Brisbane team on a casual basis.

As one of the first people our customers will meet, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression of East Coast Car Rentals. You'll transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our branch while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude

Transfer customers safely between the airport terminal and our branch

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle vehicle

Load and unload customer luggage as required

Maintain communication with our shuttle dispatch team to optimise route efficiency

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times

Follow all road rules, company policies, and safety procedures

Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and diverse team

Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle vehicle

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

A professional and well-presented appearance

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

A positive attitude and genuine team spirit

The flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays when required

The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling luggage

Previous experience in customer service, transport, hospitality, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
