Sales Administrator

Our client is a highly regarded real estate agency known for its exceptional culture, strong leadership, and industry-leading systems — and they're continuing to grow. They're now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team and support the residential sales process from listing through to settlement.

About the Role
You'll be an integral part of the sales team, providing hands-on support throughout the entire residential sales journey — from the moment a property is listed right through to a successful sale. Day-to-day, this will involve:

• Processing sales and handling general administration
• Drafting and preparing listing documentation
• Managing AML compliance requirements and related paperwork
• Overseeing the coordination of properties from listing through to launch
• Maintaining accurate property and sales records
• Acting as a key point of contact between sales representatives, clients and suppliers
• Keeping on top of deadlines and ensuring all compliance and process requirements are met with accuracy

About You

• Previous experience in residential real estate sales administration is highly desirable
• A strong understanding of the sales process, from listing to settlement
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Comfortable working within compliance frameworks
