Roles & Responsibilities

Perform inbound warehouse activities, including unloading, receiving, put-away, and replenishment of goods.

Sort and arrange products according to batch codes to ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation.

Conduct receiving checks to verify product quantity, quality, and batch information against supporting documents.

Perform product labelling and barcode verification where required.

Update warehouse transactions accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Assist in stock counts and maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse.

Ensure all inbound operations comply with company safety and operational procedures.

Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

4-day work week on rotating shifts between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

Able to lift and carry items weighing 15–20 kg.

Able to read fine prints on product labels and identify batch codes accurately.

Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge (e.g., data entry, filtering, simple sorting).

Willing to learn and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good team player with a positive learning attitude.

Well-organized with attention to detail.

Forklift licence is an added advantage but not mandatory.
