Casual Care Service Employee- Penrith Thornton Park- Must be available to work across all shifts (AM, PM, Nights)
Our Residential Aged Care in Penrith is seeking a reliable and flexible Casual Care Service Employee (CSE) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with aged care experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive resident experience.

You will be responsible for:
Assisting residents with personal care including showering
Supporting residents with meals
Contributing to care planning with registered staff
Documenting care and services provided to residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities
Requirements
Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
Experience in similar role in aged care
A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
