HVAC Site Manager
Tier I - Major Projects including Hyperscale DC work
$130k-$150k + Super + Vehicle
The Company Our client is a leading, privately owned Tier I HVAC contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale mechanical services projects across Australia. With a solid pipeline of recently secured data centre projects in Sydney, they continue to position themselves at the forefront of technically complex builds, backed by a highly experienced leadership team and robust internal support structure.
The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of major mechanical packages within the data centre sector. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations across large-scale HVAC projects
- Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and site coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Drive programme adherence and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
- Monitor progress and report on site performance
Suitable Candidates
- Minimum 8+ years’ HVAC project delivery experience
- Proven experience working within a Tier I or large-scale contractor environment
- Strong background delivering projects with mechanical values of $20M+
- Trade or technical background within HVAC/mechanical services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value projects
