About the Role

Our client from the Government Sector is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop and evaluate impactful learning solutions that enhance the capabilities of public sector professionals. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, curriculum development or capability development, and fresh graduates with a passion for L&D are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct learning needs analysis and develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.

Design, develop and evaluate learning programmes and curriculum.

Partner with subject matter experts to develop course content and learning outcomes.

Develop digital learning resources such as e-learning materials, infographics, videos and articles.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.

Research emerging Learning & Development trends to enhance training programmes.

Support consultancy projects through design thinking and process improvement methodologies.

Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Training or Capability Development is preferred.

Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about learning innovation and digital learning.
