Personal Driver to Chairman & Family (Class 3)
Company Brief: A Singapore-based service and development group providing professional corporate and property-related services.
Basic Salary: $2,800–$2,900
OT: Approximately $1,000/month, depending on hours worked
Working Days: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Overtime: Work after 6:00 PM and weekend duties are paid as OT.
Vehicle: Toyota Alphard
Reporting / End Location: Suntec City
Driver is required to pick up and return the vehicle to Suntec City daily.
Vehicle is not permitted to be driven home.
Leave: 7 days annual leave initially, up to a maximum of 14 days.
Due to the nature of the role, the driver is expected to remain all-times available when the Chairman is in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Safely transport the Chairman, family members, and guests to offices, appointments, schools, airports, events, and other destinations.
Plan efficient routes and ensure punctual arrival while managing traffic conditions.
Maintain the Toyota Alphard in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, water, tyre pressure, lights, and other basic checks.
Arrange servicing and coordinate vehicle repairs when required.
Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, parking, tolls, and other vehicle-related expenses.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the Chairman's personal and professional matters.
Assist with luggage, packages, groceries, and other items when required.
Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean, including regular car washing.
Perform errands and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Good driving record with relevant driving experience.
Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and regulations.
