About our Trainee Energy Project Coordinator program

This role will be based in our Lilydale office

This three year program will develop your skills to design overhead and underground distribution systems, prepare and manage detailed construction plans and manage electricity systems projects whilst ensuring compliance to company safe work practices.

You don’t need to check every box, however there are some mandatory requirements:

Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen – mandatory requirement

A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle – mandatory requirement

Year 12 completion with strong performance in Maths and Science - we encourage you to apply if you're currently completing year 12

A strong safety focus, both on and off the job

A strong team focus, the ability to work collaboratively, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

What you’ll get in return:

Competitive starting salary of $80,000 inclusive of super

PPE uniform and Laptop supplied

Dedicated mentorship to truly support your learning and development

Regular travel to other sites for learning and extended mentorship – travel costs covered, including daily meal allowance *certain criteria apply
