About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a growing concreting company looking for reliable, hard-working Labourers to join the team. If you're motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and want consistent work with a great crew, we'd love to hear from you. The site is in Geelong Victoria so in you live locally you can be home at night with the family.

Your Duties:

• Assisting concreters on residential and commercial projects
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Moving and handling materials
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• General labouring duties as required
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• White Card (essential) Labourer
• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Current driver's licence and own transport
