An exceptional opportunity to work alongside one of the top agents in WA in a Sales Assistant & Listing Coordinator capacity.
This role would be suitable for someone who is organised, proactive, and highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no one day is the same. Your prior experience in a supportive sales role will prove beneficial for this position.
The Role
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns including just listed flyers, brochures, signboards and newspaper ads.
- Preparing all listing documents and uploading listing onto the appropriate platforms
- Managing emails, phone enquiries, and client communications
- Liaising with potential buyers for new listing and assisting in matching buyers in the CRM with available office listings
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, and home opens
- Conducting final inspections and coordinating maintenance follow-ups
Must Have
- Previous real estate experience (sales administration) is highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and confidence learning new systems
- Ability to follow processes and systems
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Professional presentation and high ethical standards
