Due to the upcoming retirement of one of our long-standing nurses, Fulham GP is looking for an experienced and caring Practice Nurse to join our exceptional team.

Located directly opposite Belmont Forum, Fulham GP is a well-established, privately owned general practice with a reputation for clinical excellence, teamwork, and outstanding patient care. We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality healthcare and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Hours

Monday 9.00am -12.30pm

Alternate Wednesdays 8.30am -6:00pm

Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm

Friday 8.30am – 6:00pm

Additional relief shifts available by mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities

Wound management

Adult and childhood immunisations

Health assessments and chronic disease management

Care planning

Assisting GPs with minor procedures

Iron infusions

ECGs

Accurate clinical documentation

Patient recalls and reminders

Ordering vaccines and clinical supplies

Sterilisation and autoclaving

Essential Selection Criteria

Applicants must:

Be available to start mid September.

Have a minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Practice Nurse within Australian General Practice.

Hold current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
