Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage AP/AR, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic reports.
Assist with monthly closing and audits.
Handle office administration, supplies, and correspondence.
Organize meetings and maintain filing systems.
Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain and update vendor database and procurement reports.
Job Requirement:
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, or general accounting functions, with Accounts Assistant experience will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software/systems.
