Based in Parramatta, this is a full-time opportunity for an Implementation & Training Consultant to play a central role in driving successful client onboarding and long-term platform adoption. You must have Construction technology experience.

The Implementation & Training Consultant acts as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for assigned client implementations and training engagements. Reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager, you will lead clients through the end-to-end post-sale lifecycle-translating signed agreements into configured, tested, and supportable solutions while equipping users to operate the platform effectively.

Responsibilities:
Project Mobilisation & Discovery

• Review signed scopes, validate project assumptions, and establish implementation plans and client working rhythms.
• Facilitate structured workshops to gather client processes, document requirements, and map out current/future-state workflows.

Configuration, Data & Consulting

• Configure the platform within approved standards and coordinate data preparation and migration activities.
• Advise clients on platform best practices, process improvements, and adoption to maximize platform value without creating unsupported complexity.

Testing, Enablement & Go-Live

• Prepare and coordinate functional and user acceptance testing, ensuring agreed criteria are met prior to launch.
• Plan and deliver role-appropriate client training, demonstrations, and workshops using approved enablement materials.
• Oversee go-live cutovers and manage time-bound hypercare support.

Control, Documentation & Transition

• Maintain accurate project records, milestone tracking, risk logs, time entries, and client status reports.
• Execute seamless formal handovers to the ongoing Client Services team, providing complete configuration context, documentation, and known issues.
• Capture delivery lessons to contribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and product roadmap feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering SaaS onboarding, implementation, configuration, or technology consulting services.
• Strong workshop facilitation and discovery skills with the ability to translate business processes into software requirements.
• Hands-on technical configuration capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.
• Confident presenter with demonstrated experience delivering client training and end-user enablement.
• Experience supporting testing cycles, defect tracking, go-live readiness, and early-life support.
• Solid project management discipline, including scope control, risk escalation, and accurate time/utilisation tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a knack for guiding non-technical users through change.
• Construction technology domain experience (desirable).
• Relevant qualifications in business, project management, IT, or training/adult learning (desirable).
