We're a Melbourne-based aged/home care and NDIS provider founded by registered nurses. We're looking for an experienced Roster Coordinator who stays sharp and composed in a fast-moving environment, juggles competing priorities with ease, and genuinely cares about the outcome for both our clients and our support workers.
The role
You'll manage day-to-day rostering across our community-based aged/home care and NDIS services, ensuring shifts are covered, compliance is maintained, and both clients and support workers are well looked after. Alongside rostering, you'll provide broader office administration support, including managing incoming calls, staff compliance documentation, data entry, and correspondence.

Based in Preston
Rostering duties include:
End-to-end rostering of support workers across community aged care and NDIS services
Managing last-minute changes, shift cancellations, and unplanned gaps in coverage
Matching client needs and preferences to appropriate support workers
Maintaining rostering compliance (worker screening, qualifications, availability)
Office administration duties include:
Answering and managing incoming calls
Maintaining staff compliance records and documentation
General data entry and record-keeping
Handling correspondence with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
What we offer
$75,000–$85,000 + superannuation, depending on experience

About you
Experienced in rostering within aged care and/or NDIS, ideally in community-based settings
Calm and capable in a fast-paced environment — you can juggle multiple rostering demands at once while keeping accuracy front of mind
Agile and adaptable — you see change as a normal part of the job, not a disruption to it
A genuine heart for client care and excellent customer service, with every decision made through that lens
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Confident communicator, comfortable handling calls and correspondence professionally
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid arrangement
You will need
Demonstrated experience in rostering within aged care and/or NDIS community services
Strong working knowledge of rostering software and systems
Experience managing staff compliance documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / National Police Check
Certificate III and/or IV in Individual Support or Community Services preferred, though not essential
