We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Partner to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, HR initiatives and business partnering activities within a multinational environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day HR business partnering support and practical HR guidance to supervisors and managers.
Partner with HR operations teams to support onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes and other HR activities.
Support the rollout of HR initiatives including employee engagement, performance cycles and policy changes.
Prepare HR reports, statistics and insights for management and departmental discussions.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance management cases.
Support corporate and local HR programmes across areas such as compensation & benefits, succession planning, learning and talent acquisition.
Contribute to HR digitalisation and process improvement initiatives, including the maintenance and migration of HR conten
Requirements
Relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations or Employee Relations.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
